S&W Columbus Day Sale

Hi guys (and gals) I am new here this week...already some great help about some of my upcoming choices. I read in my local Club newspaper that S&W is having a Columbus day Sale this weekend in Springfield MA, 299 Page Bvld. This is their sports center (company store and range).

The paper states 20-40% new guns...I would guess they would have every model in the book as well...plus 20% holsters and such. I am looking for a 637-38-42, so I am going to check it out as it is only 10 miles form where I live. Just thought I would pass this along.

Heh. 20-40% sounds about like actual retail cost considering how high S&W's MSRPs are.

Possibly true...but you never know. I know I can pick up a 638 NIB for 409 down the street...MSRP is 470, 20% off should be ~376...a small savings but a savings nonetheless.

What if that gun is 30 or 40% off? you should go if you are within easy driving distance. I think it will be cool just to see their facility...even if I do not save much.

The sale prices at the S&W store, though good for Mass residents will be about the same as a regular price at a decent gun store in free states. S&W store prices are useally about 30-50% higher, than a regular gun store. Mass law regulates that only licensed residents can buy guns or ammo in state. I went there last year during there annual sale but I did not buy anything since the prices where still steep.
