I have a ful size M&P 9 and I've been very impressed with it. So impressed that I thought about getting a second one (I like the idea of having a spare).
Anyhow, I was at my favorite gun store today and I took a look at the compact M&P.
I liked how it felt and got to thinking that a compact handgun that I could carry pretty easily would probably be more useful than another full size M&P while still giving at least some "redunancy".
I also figured that if S&W can make the full sized M&P's run there isn't any reason the small ones shouldn't work.
Just wanted to get some opinions before I start allocating funds for one.
