CDNN has them now and then. I got one from Southern Ohio Gun last year, but its also a now and then type deal. Is your heart set on a Model 10 or will you take a 64? It seems like I've seen more LE trade in Model 64's recently than 10's. Check the auction sites also.

Most every S&W collector/cumilator will have at least one model 10 in their
inventory; some may even have one (or more?) that they are willing too
part with~!
