I recently acquired a beautiful nickel plated model 19-3, serial #7K635XX and was looking for dates of manufacture. All I know is that it was between 1967-77. Also, this particular revolver has the old Pachmayr "presentation" grips and the wide serated trigger and hammer. Were these items stock from the factory or aftermarket add ons? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know about your grips, but the wide "target" hammer and trigger could be ordered from the factory on any of the K "Masterpiece" series including the Combat Masterpiece and the Combat Magnum (Model 19 after 1958). Of course, the parts could also be ordered for outside installation, but IME, most guns with them came from the factory that way. (FWIW, I have a Model 19 with the target hammer and trigger and the large factory wood target grips.)

In that time-frame the original stocks would not have been Pachs. My nickel 19 came from the factory with target hammer, target trigger, and checkered wood target stocks.
