S&W Model 41 Ultradot Match Dot Sight

[Iron Sight]

I have a new (Manufactured 3-2010) S&W Model 41 with 5" barrel.

With the the installation rings that come with an Ultradot Match Dot sight and a Wiegand SWM41 barrel adaptor will I have to remove the iron sights to install this sight?
