S&W Pre 27 3.5"

I was just at the Ohio Gun Collectors show and purchased a very nice Smith & Wesson 5 screw Pre Model 27 with 3.5" inch barrel.
Its a real beauty , all matching numbers. Im trying to find out the D.O.B if anyone may know. Im thinking mid 50's ?

Hello friends and neighbors // 1954, Congrats on a fine purchase. The numbers in 54 started with S103000 and ended with S139999.

I hope you enjoy yours as much as I intend to enjoy my 1962 27-2 3.5". Cousin
