S&W Revolver Rear Sight Blade Measurements

How do you measure the rear sight blade? Im looking to get one with a white outline for my Smith and Wesson 460V which currently has a plain black blade.

Run the sight blade either full left or full right and measure the height (top of blade to bottom of blade) of the blade getting as close to the notch cut as you can. If you have the 5" version my guess would be .146" but with these newer guns, who knows.

It appears that my 460V has a .196" rear sight blade and also came with a .146" as a spare. Thank you for your help!

I've been looking for a .196 but, no luck finding any with or without white outline? Please if you find a source let us know? I've tried Brownells, S&W, Gun Parts etc.
