SAA Uberti with shoulderstock

Hi all, first of all, apologizes for my broken english.Hope I don't mistake with that thread.
I reload my SAA 45 ACP with blackpowder (I shoot inside blackpowder shooters).

Seems a long time ago, Uberti did shoulderstocks for the SAA;
Recently got one, and with minor adaptation, it fits. (and not with my Stampede, not witth my SAA 22 LR)
So I get 2 guns with one !

Would the 1860 Army reproductions fitted with a Howell .45 Colt conversion be legal with a stock? The B/P reproductions fitted with cartridge conversions and not modified are not covered by NFA 1934? It seems they would not be classed as SBR weapons??
