So despite having absolutely NO anecdotal evidence about this holster I decided to buy one and report back to you folks.

So after carrying my SIG Sauer P220 .45ACP in it for the last week I can say the following.
Pro's
The lack of a traditional thumbsnap makes this holster even more appealing to me after using it.
It's not as fast as a strong side hip carry but it's not loud, slow, or particularly difficult.
It's exceptionally lightweight and doesn't have a "harness print" going on.
It's fast to put on and take off.
The same model holster can be adjusted to carry over 70 different models by over a dozen different manufacturers.
Con's
Since it's not a dual shoulder loop design, the elastic strap that goes behind your shoulderblades, over your strong side shoulder and down to your strong side waistband. I have found this elastic band to be annoying my neck as it won't stay on my Tee shirt (with covering flannel overshirt).
The balance point for the actual holstered pistol is forward of center causing the entire rig to roll forward canting the butt down.
The holster is glass filled polymer and is not lined. That being said, stick on felt cured all ills with respect to rub marks on my gun.
In the final analysis, I have come to the conclusion that all holsters are something of a compromise. The truly comfortable ones are either not concealable or they are intended for FAR smaller guns than I'd daily carry.
So far the most comfortable arrangement seems to be wearing the holster over a fairly heavy collared shirt to pad the area around my neck from the strap. Also the tension on the straps works best when it's lighter than heavier. To the holster's credit, nobody noticed I was carrying and other than irritated skin, I'm not particularly tired from carrying all day. All in all I'd say that this holster is at least as good as the leather rigs I've tried and it's faster still. It cost me $75.00 online.
