Hey guys
after my interarms ak47 (and review), im lookin to get a saiga IZ132 from atlantic and convert it. i was orignally gonna build my own ak but figured i dont have enough time, and if i were to make time the girlfriend would not appreciate it. so i figured im gonna use maybe 30-45 mins every day or two to convert a saiga, but, i have a few questions
the whole process sounds fine and dandy, i am aware of 922r, but some things are bothering me
1. Is there anyway at all that a converted saiga will take standard ak mags without any modification to the mag? id rather not have to grind down every mag i have in a SHTF situation
2. is the bullet button a major drawback?
3. is a converted saiga worth the time, is it a quality ak clone?
if anyone can give me some info on those questions itd be nice
also... random question, but do VEPR rifles work with standard ak internals... for instance a G2 control group would work in a vepr?
