Saler & John... in .22 ????

    Don't know if that mught not be "Johnson (ston?)".

    This is western style SA in .22. Has wooden grips with left side thumb rest.

    Serial A 79xx. I'd say 85% +/- my SWAG.

    Part of a group of rifles/shotguns a widow friend is selling (in her own time for her own price).

    Any info appreciated - but really need a value indication. And if it comes apart for service, info here will also be appreciated.

    Might it be "Sauer & Sohn", of Germany? They made a number of single-actions during the 60s and 70's.
