rifle, 25-06, 117grain sierras, some from the 80's and some from this year. they look a little different, just be a pain to have to re sight the rifle in. but if theres only .1 of an inch that would be good.
It depends more on the individual rifle in my experience. Some rifles will shoot them all pretty close to the same POI, others may vary enough to matter.
I noticed with my 223rem that i would have to adjust an inch or so with switching from 55gr v max to nosler vamegeddon. I just write the turret # down if i need to switch bullets.

I shoot the same weight bullet, two different models from Hornady, supposedly being the same load, and have over 1.5" difference in the elevation POI. I have had bullets of a different weight loaded by different companies actually shoot closer.
I have also had the same weight bullets (.223) from different companies shoot in both different elevation and windage by more than a couple inches at 100 yards.

My experience as well. The thinner the barrel the more POI is affected across different loads vs heavier profile that seems to shoot everything closer to the same POI
