Sarco M1911 Surplus Barrels OK?

I'm in search of a GI barrel for my M1911A1 - and was surprised to see SARCO has them for $19.95. Has anyone here purchased one of these and have any feedback? I'd prefer to have a "genuine new surplus" barrel and keep it authentic, and not so sure you can get a milsurp .45 barrel for twenty bucks.

Any thoughts to share? Thanks!
