These CZ clones do they have the slide inserted INSIDE the frame like a CZ or just a clone in all other ways?

Yes, they have the frame over slide design.

Most have few to no interchangeable parts. They are not exact clones like 1911's.

Most have a few upgrades, such as the Armalite AR 24.

All the clones are Tanfoglio in one way or another. The Baby Eagles are started in the Tanfoglio factory and finished in Israel. The Turkish guns are made on Tanfoglio machinery that was sold to a Turkish company. The witnesses and several other import names including the Springfield are just straight up Tanfoglio. These guns are a bit larger than the actual CZ's. Which means 10mm and .45.
