I laid one away today....always wanted one to add to my collection. The stock is ok but needs a few dents ironed out and a couple of scratches toned down. The bolt locks up tight and the bore looks good. It comes with a Bushnell 3x9 scope. Gave just shy of $300 for it.

I'm in no hurry to pick it up....will probably fire a box or two through it, clean it back up, and retire it in the safe. I guess I wanted one just because!

Nice little carbines! My older brother inherited my grandfather's. Congrats. Post some photos when you bring it home.

With 175 grain cast bullets at 1900 FPS, they are a blast to shoot, decently accurate (sub 2"@100), and cheap. Sounds like you did well.
