I was browsing down at the LGS today and the new Savage A22 Magnum caught my eye. It is based on the delayed blowback action developed for the 17 HRM and has an accutrigger. Has anyone out there had a chance to shoot one?
I was able to compare it to a CZ semi-auto 22 magnum they had in stock. To me, it seemed a bit more "pointable" than the CZ. But then, the CZ has iron sights and not quite enough drop at heel for me to use the irons properly. It was running about $100 less than the CZ.
Any thoughts?
