Is this ok?

  • WACKI TRUST
  • CITY, TX

The receiver already has "MULTI" engraved on it. Do I need to put 300 on it as well for 300 blackout? Is the city / state of the trust really required?

thanks,

all you need is your name and city, you can put anything on top as long you put multi on form.

As of my most recent, they no longer accept "multi" or multiple caliber listings in box 4c. You have to declare one caliber. You can change as often as you like as long as you can readily restore the original as listed config. You should notify them with a letter of a "permanent" change in configuration. But the "multi" engraved on your lower is still accepted in box 4a. You add your exact engraving of name city, sate in box 4h.

They returned my forms marked with multiple calibers and I had to line out and initial all but one caliber selection.

I've got a couple approved as "multi", but apparently no more.

yes, your name or trust name and city, state is needed to be engraved on the firearm.

you are the maker as you applied to make or manufacture a title II firearm out of a title I firearm, on a Form 1.

if its on a Form 4, you do not need to engrave anything.

The above reference will also tell you how deep and how tall the letters need to be. I highly suggest reading it.
