Scale needed with dippers?

Determine the weight to scoop / disc by use of the scale, and you'll be fine. However, if you load with slower burning powders, the variance that exists and is experienced with volmetric measures, will produce less significant and noticable variations in velocities and over all performance will be negligible in comparison.
Faster burning powders are far more reactive to minor variations in charge weight, than are slower burning powders.
