Scope rings for a .460

Any suggestions? I was thinking about a nice set of heavy duty steel rings.

I have a pair... just a pair, not 3 or 4 (not necessary in my opinion) of Warne rings on my 8 3/8 500 S&W. They work fine. Hold the 2-8x Burris in place, solid as a rock.

I use 4 that I got from Weigand. Two didn't work for me.

All I use is 2 Warne rings on my S&W460 and 500 Mags. Never had a problem. Also use them on most of my other handguns 480, 454 Casull 45-70 to my new 500 Mag OTT Encore barrel. .

I use Leupold mount and rings. Never had a single issue, they work great!

I use Warne QD rings on my .500 PC Hunter. They hold the 2x Weaver scope fine. Just remember to Loctite the scope in the rings.

Loctite??? for what???

If you mount the scope right, you don't need Loctite.
