Just so you guys know: I promised a report when I put my new Burris Fullfield II 3X9 illuminated balistiplex scope on my 700 bdl. So here's the results:
Moved exactly as it should in 1/4 miunte clicks when sighting in. Had it dailed to a 100 yard zero within half a box of ammo. It is shooting 3 shot 3/4" outside-to-outside groups with remingtom 165 grain core lockt factory ammo, regardless of barrel temp. \
The action is bedded, the scope's light transmission is very good, and I have no signs of stringing or a wandering zero when shooting groups.
So: So far so good, very pleased with the results. Now I just need trigger time for durability testing.
