Now,i havent been on here for a good while as i been up to my eyes in work but now i have a bit of spare time on my hands and i need to catch up on my Shooting,
now i need help for you all,i want to get a good scope for my CZ.223,i will be looking at something in or around the 3 x 9 by 50 or the 6 x 20 by 50,i need it to be good from morning to night,i havent that much money to spend on a top class scope so i am looking to you all to give me some advice or the right scope, maybe up to 200 dollars,i have been on a couple of sites selling rifle scopes[Cabalas and Bass pro shop]and the seem to have a fair few scopes, but i havent a clue at to which one to but, some are very cheap but are they good and some are very expensive but way out of my reach, the names of the scopes are, nikko sterling.hawk,ns star, bushnell.just to name a few,so any advice on these scope would be very welcome.
looking forward to your reply,s
Thanks again

The Bushnells are of value even in the lower price range, NC Star are questionable some have had good reports with most being negative. The Nikko Sterling line is new to me and I am considering a couple of their scopes.

The Bushnell Sportsman 3X9X32 AO ,target knobs is a quality entry level scope I have one on a Beeman air rifle and have twisted the knobs thousands of clicks it keeps its zero throughout all the punishment the reverse recoil of a spring air gun can generate. The glass is very clear and gathers light well, it deserves a rating far better than its price !

I also have the Bushnell Trophy 3X9X40 which is geared more fore the hunter with caps over the adjustments it is as clear as the Sportsman but hasn't seen the same amount of use. I have shot it over several .223 bolt and semi's it has held its zero throughout.

My favorite in the lower price range is the Burris line although the scope I own is in the 250-300 buck range, the Fullfeild II line, but the Timberline series has had very good reports on THR and most of the 3X9's come in under 200 so don't neglect checking them out.

Thanks Dagger, yes i will have a look at them,i dont want anything too expensive as i do a lot of outdoor shooting and i just need something thats rough and ready and can take a bit of punishment,i also want something that can hold its own at night time on the lamp and i can see what i am aiming at at night,....Thanks again.
