I went out to the range today and shot my 22-250 it was totally off, shooting to the right. Two weeks ago at the range it was dead on at 300 yards. I did leave it in my truck in a rifle case overnight one day and it got down to 15 degrees would that mess up my zero?

No, cold will not mess up your zero.

Stock warpage might, if humidity in the house is high, and very low in the cold truck.

Run a dollar bill down the barrel channel and see if the barrel is touching on one side of the stock and not the other.

Grab the scope and try to turn it in the rings with moderate pressure one way then the other. Did you mount the scope? Check your scope mount screws and ring screws. If you do not feel confident to do this take it to a competent gunsmith and ask them to check them for you.
