Anyone have a holster they like for a scoped revolver? It would be for a 7.5" S&W 629.

Mernickle makes gorgeous holsters, including ones they'll make for your EXACT SA or DA revolver and scope/scope mount combination! They'll make 'em WITH a matching hunting belt or without. In all events, the fit and function will be incredible! Here are a couple of examples:
I'm planning on getting one for my M29 w/Holosight.
I also plan on getting one of these made for my 3 1/4" barrelled custom Model 25-2:
They'll make 'em with up to two personal initials carved in, and in different shades of color. Here's a close up of this same particular design, with a single initial. Naturally, they also make you a matching belt and ammo pouches to, if you wish:
