First, welcome to THR!
I've never seen a PK22 in person, but I have read a bit about them. Kinda neat in an Iver Johnson TP22 sort of way. In fact I think the PK22 and TP22 designs are kissing cousins, as both were designed by Erma. Though fairly cheap in design and execution, they feel like Korths compared to some of the more recent inexpensive rimfire offerings. The TP22, for one, is even quite accurate once you get past the vestigial sights.
In your posts it's not clear if your gun is broken or not. If you like it, I say keep it and shoot until it disintegrates. You can always part it out then. If you don't like it, by all means send it down the road. It could be worth two bills to the right buyer. Twenty-two pistols are fast sellers nowadays.
