Seal brand scopes, any knowledge??

I was at the Houston gun show this past weekend, and saw some new rifle scopes. There were branded SEAL, and were variable power, mil dot reticles, large tactical style for about $300.

Does anyone have any experience with these, or know their quality? They are supposedly rated for up to .50 BMG. About the same price as the Super Snipers that have rave reviews here, but with more features.
