Seeking permission to hunt private land.

My husband and I hunt both seasons, Archery and MF but have had the darndest time finding a good hunting spot. We are in Eastern Washington, Spokane area. Does anyone know of any place north of here (preferably Stevens county) where honest hunters can go and get permission? If anyone does, we sure would appreciate it. ty

Welocome, I would suggest public land, there is plenty out there. Check out the Maps of public land at http://www.dnr.wa.gov/dataandmaps/maps/100k_product.html I bought the whole set for the state and have had a lot of fun and success using our state land. If I don't get anything in the cascades I might head over for late buck and maybe we can get together.

My uncle's got a farm out there in "Deer Park" of all places. The farm is crawling with the critters. No hunting

Go knock on some farm house doors before the season opens. Don't go on Sunday. If the owner says no, thank them and move on. Doesn't hurt to ask if they know anybody who might give you access though. Also going to a farm supply place during the week and asking them might be an idea too.
If and when you find a place, don't forget to share the meat with the landowner. Doesn't have to be a side, but a few steaks and a roast or two is good PR.
