The top box is the older style box, bottom was the newer box style that they came in the last time I ordered 20,000 from cabela's (2016???).
These are fantastic primers that I used for all the 9mm's, generic (blammo ammo) 38spl's, all the 357's & generic 223rem range fodder/blammo ammo.
These primers had no problem touching off H335 in the 223rem's which made them excellent candidates for the 9mm's & 357 loads that needed mag primers to ignite the slow burning powders that required them.
Hind sight is 20/20, wish I would of ordered more of them when I could of.
I would have bought more back when but CA limits you to 10k primers. (they also limit powder as well)
So in order to stay legal you can only have so much, makes it a pain to try to stock up for shortages.

How many you can have stored in your residence as I recall. (Can't seem to find the section of code I am looking for at the moment)
CA Health and Safety code if I remember correctly. (there are places other than the penal code this stuff can show up)

Would need to talk to a lawyer to see how many I could have in a shed if that was not considered a residence....
