Is there any risk, legally, of selling a few knives on boards like this, if the knife were to get into the hands of someone who wasn't 18, or otherwise able to legally purchase/own the knife?

Is asking "Are you at least 18?" good enough, or even needed at all?

As far as I know, there isn't an age restriction on purchasing knives.

There *might* be some issues selling "banned" types of knives...

In some jurisdictions automatic knives, balisongs and others are illegal to own or sell. Of course, if you're selling from outside of that jurisdiction it seems to me that there's little chance of anyone deciding to extradite you to prosecute.

If you're selling banned items inside the banning jurisdiction you might have a problem.
