SG2 or S30V

I been driving myself crazy looking for a new EDC. I’m going to hit a gun and knife show tomorrow to look for alternatives to the Blur that I am so used to. My question is. What is SG2 steel? And how does it compare to S30V? The SG2 in the Blur is a sandwich of SG2 Steel between 410 stainless. Over time and rough handling which blade will hold an edge better?

Hey, oldschool, i just bought the sg2 blur. i can't say anything yet about how long it holds an edge, but it sure is sharp, and real purty too.
