Hi All and Happy New Year!
Bought a saiga 410 years ago, it's a first generation. Quickly purchased a first generation ten rounder for it. Needless to say, had all the problems that went with the first generation saigas. Didn't work well with the factory fours let alone the ten. Finally spotted a parts kit from a second generation 410 on gunbroker with the shutter and all the rest of the internals. Got everything changed around and now it works great! Factory fours are great as well as a couple of second generation ten rounders.
Anyway, still had that problematic first generation ten rounder. So I contacted SGM and asked them how I could get it to work. Got back to me immediately and told me to send it back to them with a copy of their e-mail response and they'll replace it free! Even though I bought it a long time ago!
Kudos to a solid American company with excellent customer service! Now I'll have three ten rounders for my little 410 K'pup.
