No!

I saw on "another" forums where somebody bought one, and then found out the head is a two piece molded on thing, and comes apart after a time.

If you want a blackthorn, take the time to locate a real one, and invest the money. I have two of them that are over 30 years old, and still sound.

If you're banging sticks around for practice the Cold Steel version would suffice if you didn't want to damage a real blackthorn shillelagh. I'd recommend going for a hike and digging out your own sapling or cutting a nice piece of hazel to make your own :D All it takes is a folding saw and a knife, plus a few coats of oil or lacquer.

Is there any impact weapon they will not make out of plastic? Scratch that, they do plastic knives, too.

Can't wait for the plastic crowbar, based on an original in Lynns collection.

Shameless. Absolutely shameless.
