Considering selling one of my handguns but I have never sold one before. For in state/out of state purchasers (non-FTF) can I just ship them to their FFL of their choice as long as I get a signed copy of the FFL ? Do I need to go to a local FFL to ship them out ? Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

If you are shipping a handgun out of Sate you will need a copy of the customers FFL dealer to ship it to. Check with the FFL dealer first to make sure he will accept a transfer from a private party some will and some won't

Looks like my only option to ship is fedex overnight, UPS will not let non-ffl ship guns other than repair or mod. I can ship USPS if I go to a dealer but than I will have to pay transfer fees on top of the reduced shipping.
