Everyone is always asking what range bag to buy, so I thought I should post this after FINALLY making a decision on what to purchase!!
I settled on the Shooters Connection Tournement Series Pro bag.
I have to say I am extremely pleased with my choice.
I had a few questions so I shot some emails to Chuck and he was very helpful, I ordered, and the bag was here QUICK!
As a matter of fact, the new bag arrived 1 hour before I was leaving to spend a day at the range with my father.
Perfect timing!
I spent a few minutes checking out the bag, and being extremely excited (Christmas in August !)
Unpacked my old range bag, and began organizing the Shooters Connection bag.
The proposed day at the pistol range was going to be a long one, and I needed to have alot of gear with me.
I packed the bag up with 5 Autos, 1 Full Size Revolver, 2 sets of eyes and ears, cleaning kit, gun rags, Stapler, Water Bottle (in built in water bottle holder), 12 Magazines, Spare Cylinder for the revolver, 500 rounds of 45/45colt ammo, 100 rounds of .40, and a brick of .22. A roll of targets inside, and a roll of full size silhouettes through the top handles, and I was good to go.
Here is where my warning comes in.
This bag is so well built, so good looking, and so organized, that your going to want to put everything you own in here.
The bag will take the weight, but you might want to make sure your shoulder can too!!
I love the removable inner bag with padded gun pouches, that you can take to the line with you, the water bottle holder, all the zippered compartments, and the removable brass bag.
And the heavy duty construction overall is just fantastic. The chromed hardware looks great too!
I emailed Chuck after my day at the range and thanked him for the great job on this product. An all around great guy, and I have no hesitation saying, that this is the BEST range bag I have ever owned.
I know people have chimed in about their favorite and least favorite bags on other threads, but I was really impressed with this bag and wanted to share with the community.
