I've been to Cherry Creek and I wasn't happy with the way the ran their range. They are also extremely busy on the weekends, so we had to wait about an hour to do the rifle range, then another 30 for the pistol range. They stop you every 10-15 mins so that you can reset your targets. I just would rather run my own range in the mountains by myself. If you are visiting and dont have an annual pass, you'll also pay about 10 dollars to get into the park, then pay range fees.

The skeet thrower at Cherry Creek is worth it. It was a lot of fun, but a bit pricy.
