Shooting It Up with 4th Graders!!!!

Had the opportunity to go with my Sister (Teacher) and her 4th grade class to Laser Tag! WOW!!! Talk about fun...My brother-in-law and I were on opposite teams, and needless to say "IT WAS ON"...Sad to report, I was "SHOT" 5 times...however, HE was "SHOT" 9 times!!!! Have to say I really enjoy shooting, but Laser Tag is a great way to "practice" your tactical shooting...outside of it costing $6.00 a game (15 min each), it wasn't too bad...plus a great way to teach 4th graders Gun Awareness!!! Regardless of the whole "SHOOT THE OTHER PERSON" thing. If you haven't gone Laser Tagging, you should...it hurts a lot less than Paint Balling or Actually being shot (actually wouldn't know about being shot, just using common sense)!

I prefer paintball myself. Nothing beats hiding behind a bunker in the woods with paintballs wizzing past your face. I prefer the whole ballistic aspect. You are actually shooting something at your opponent, not just shining a light at them.

i played laser tag back before paintball got popular. I've played paintball more, and I gotta agree with Picard that paintball is way cooler. Laser Tag was a blast though. I'd love to take a good laser tag course (indoor, dark, lots of places to hide) and play paintball in there.

I do agree, paintball is fun...college we used to go on stag outings, paintballing! It is a lot of fun, exciting, and fast paced! Laser Tag is fun...and also a good way to teach or train others, in a less painful way!
