It asked me if I knew where to find Sarah Connor.

Troy had a new float tube on demo that includes an integrated flip-up front site.

    Very cool.

The stock also incorporates a place to keep a GPS unit. Probably not something most people would need, but a slick setup with some pretty obvious military applications nonetheless.

Hmmm, is it just me or does it look like the notch for the flip front sight would make a pretty useful handstop if you like that long-armed, thump over the top grip?

That is actually one of the few things I like about the ACR; because the handguard extended past the front sight, you could use the front sight base as a handstop.

I like the flip-up frontsight idea. One of those, why hasn't somebody done it type things.

Knights has been doing it with their URX foreend for about 5 years now. They don't have the notch though.

Knights and VLTOR both already do this.

Not sure who is patenting/manufacturing; but the VLTOR tubes bear more than a passing resemblance to the Troy tubes.
