Shotgun night sights

Where should I be looking for optics made to perform with 12 GA recoil, not particularly sensitive to cheek weld and easy to use for night time nuisances? Reflex or holographic? Brand specific recommendationstatement are welcome. Will be used in conjunction with a mounted light.

My Leupold VX-R stands up to .375H&H recoil just fine, and has hte illuminated dot in the middle of the duplex reticle.

Thanks! The 1.25 should be sufficient I would think, I was thinking more reflex type optic but this may work as well, I'll have to see if I can get hands on time with one.
