i am wondering whear i can find a diffrent stock for a wards westernfield 18m 20ga shotgun, the stock i have now is fine, i just want something other than a wood stock, but if thats all thear is for this shotgun than that is fine, i just dont like how this stock feels when i shoot, if anyone knows how to help out i would really like that.

Did you try Brownell's? They seem to be the online superstore when it comes to hard-to-find gun stuff.

the recoil is fine i just dont like how it feels in my hands when i do shoot it, thear is a verry small recoil it dosent even bother me, i just want a diffrent stock

Boyd's is another.

Also our own Mr. Nolden (forum below) may be able to assist as to whom made that gun and what other "names" to use for searching for a stock.

Gun fit is critical in Recoil Mgmt.

Another note is wood is dense and most often, dampens recoil better than a synthetic stock -if a syn were to be an option for that make and model. Wood allow one to "fit stock to shooter" , synthetic does not allow "fitting" [i.e. shorter LOP ]

Some synthetic stocks even if they fit better than original wood, hurt more in Recoil Mgmt, most often being lighter, the Rule of 96s comes into play.

Good Luck!
