I handload hevishot and loaded up some #4 shells last night with 33 grains of Longshot per the BP manual. This morning I ended up with basketball sized balls of fire out the muzzle of my SBEII, and one hellacious boom upon firing. Shells worked great if i could hit something, may have lost some hearing but does the fireball mean too much pressure, or the powder doesn't have enough barrel to fully burn off or should I just enjoy the movie like visual effects?
