Sometimes,it seems my luck only gets worse.But every now and then I get thrown a bone.This June I applied for the first time,and was awarded a Nebraska bull elk tag.This is a once in a lifetime tag!My father in law,brother in law,and other friends have been applying for years,and getting skunked.I guess this proves that the system truly is a lottery.I need to go buy a powerball ticket!
