Should I trade???

I got an Egyptian Maadi MISR 90 AK with skeletonized polymer stock the guys on here are telling me is worth about $350-400 which I'm skeptical of cuz guys are buying WASR's for $600+. Anyways I only paid $350 for the AK and I got a guy wanting to trade me a S&W model 340 airlite titanium 357 with crimson trace laser grips and in good condition, only shot about 75 times. The gun supposedly sells for $850 used on gunbroker and the grips cost $240.
I'd really like to just sell it but this seems like a really sweet deal on my end. What do you guys think??

That's a $600 gun with $175 grips, used. Not sure on the value of your AK (not my thing) but it seems value-wise you'd come out well. Time to decide which you want, would use, have ammo for, whatever.

I'd make the trade, but that's independent of $ value.

Alright good to know, the prices are just what the guy told me, really, I'm not that much of a revolver guy but I may take a liking to this one, if I can trade up I definately will, I'd say my AK is worth like $500 max, some idiot may pay more but that doesn't mean it's worth more you know. Maybe I can just keep trading up and work my way up to an AR. You know, kind of like that guy with the red paper clip and traded his way up to a house.

I think it would be a fine trade. I don't have any J-frame revolvers, so I would be even more tempted to take the trade, and crimson trace makes a very good lasergrip as well.

I like your attitude about the value of the AK as well.
