For a long time I always thought it would be nice if we gun people would celebrate Bill Of Rights Day (December 15th). Maybe do something like open carry (within the boundaries of the law of course) or even just wear a holster (like some college kids did to protest) to show that people actively care for the Bill Of Rights as a whole, and the Second Amendment in particular. Any thoughts on this?

There are many local organizations that have celebrations. Our local 2nd amendment coalition has been doing this bill of rights day for 10 years.

One year we had a play at the local community college theater about the founding documents.

Even the local college libs thought the presentation was well thought out and planned.

Another year we all dressed up in period garb and had a re enactment of the Treaty of Paris at a down town park(permit of course).

Then we meet for dinner and activism planning.

There is so much that can be done the skys the limit.

All you need is people who care. A tough to find commodity.
