It's inexpensive, comfortable, and I like the fact that it's a horizontal holster. There are probably better options out there, but for the price I really like this holster. I have no complaints and I wear it quite a bit in the winter months.
The most comfortable shoulder holster Ive found, and about the only one I really like, is the Galco Executive. I beleive it was originally designed for the PPK (with Bond in mind ), but Ive used one for my SIG p230's, S&W 642's, and now my Glock 26's. It slips over your shoulder and has one elastic strap that attaches to your pants at the rear. The gun is held in place by a fitted leather holster with adjustable retention screws.
They are a little pricey, but well worth it. You can usually find them for around $50-60 less than Galco lists them if you shop the web.
The best of the best is the Alessi. Straight pull horizontally through a snap in the triggerguard. Very secure, very fast, and no fumbling for a thumbsnap or safety strap.
I don't carry my PPK/S very often anymore but when I do it's in a Galco Classic Lite shoulder rig. http://www.usgalco.com/HolsterPG3.asp?ProductID=2670&GunID=169 I pretty much only carry it on long road trips since it's much more easily drawn than the XD45C that I carry IWB while seated in a vehicle. It's a nice rig, is fully adjustable, and very comfortable. This is a *relatively* inexpensive all leather shoulder rig that's as comfortable as a Miami Classic but at a much lower price.
