I rarely post here, as I usually have little to say that has not already been posted.

I have a RCBS RockChucker single stage press I have had about 20 yrs. (still works like new)

I usually only reload .45 and .308.

Well, I went to load some 9mm and could not find the little screw in small primer ram.

They sent me a new one free just for emailing and asking for the part # so I could order a new one.

:D

PS, please don't take advantage of them and mess it up for others.
 
You are going to get pages of replies with the same story as you posted. They sent me a bunch of parts for free for my Rockchucker even though I made it perfectly clear I lost the parts in a move. All I asked was availability and they sent them free just like they did to you.
 
I bought an RCBS decapping die, and after decapping about five cases, something happened (I still don't know what) that snapped the pin and bent the pin holder (the whole central shaft). I emailed them at 5:14 in the morning explaining what had happened, and wondering how I could buy a replacement for that broken part.

15 minutes later I got an email saying "No problem, we just put one in the mail to you". A couple days later it showed up. New central shaft with cap and pin, and five extra decapping pins.

I have had similar experiences with them in the past. Superb CS!

Yup, RCBS customer service has been great in my opinion and I hate to call them too frequently for fear of screwing up the great service.

Unless I'm dead in the water, i wait until I have several issues that need addressing before giving them a call.
 
The other day I emailed them asking which seater die would work with a .452 cal pointed bullet in my RCBS 45 die for the 450 BM. The reply I got was that "one is in the mail - under warrany service. Have a great day."

I had a great day after that ;-)
 
I always like to give a positive reply when a post like this shows up.
I have a lot of RCBS products, and over many years of use, I have broke a few things, they have always sent what I needed, fast and with no charge.

BTW; I have a 12yr old PRO 2000 with over 150,000 rounds loaded and it still runs like a swiss watch. They (RCBS) are the best.
