Nothing really custom about it but it shoots real real good!
P1030103.jpg

Oly arms, 16" bull barrel, Bushnell Legend 5-15X40 MD AO, lots of 30 rd. mags (but I really only use the 10), swivel base 6'9 bipod and it like 40 gr. Nosler's with H335

I like bushnell, The Legend and Elites are jsut as good as the high dollar scopes for half the price. And yea thats all I use is my 10 round clip, Ive got 5 30 rounders all loaded with 55 grain fmj. the lightest bullet ive tried was a 45 grain v-max. my buddies gun likes the 40 and 45 noslers and v-max, his has a factory bushmaster chrome lined barrel and it shoots damn near as good as my bull

Del-Ton Flat-Top, chrome-lined, 16" midlength upper
Double Star lower
A2 carry handle bought for cheap from some guy

does that count as custom? :D

"carry handle bought for cheap from some guy"

yea that counts. anything bought from "some guy" and stuck on your rifle makes it uber custom. that barrel should be very accurate.

Yea, met the 'some guy' at a gun show, selling off certain things. One of which was a carry handle in good shape. It shoots pretty decent, actually.

took this with my phone.

I do take the light off when I go to the range.
I think my next thread will be called "your hot wife or g/f with your "evil black" gun. ya just cant get enough of girls with firearms, can ya? the correct answer is NO!!!!!

Fine fine I'll post a pic of my AR15....next to something I killed with it. In this case an Arkansas Coyote

Superior arms lower, M1S 20" A3 chambered for 7.62x39mm

yote.jpg

all the other Coyotes found where you killed that one are were like "dude we were walking along sniffing eachothers butts and i heard a pop and Bill just fell over dead, came back and found this 7.62x39 by where his body was which means, Jihad AHHHHHHH OOOOOOOHHHH". nice pic

AR N00b here so, bare with me.
For those of you with your scopes mounted on the flat top with no riser rail, how do you pull back on the charge handle? Do you just go one handed?
I'm curious because my new ugly duckling .223 is a 20" bull barrel so I am going to go ahead and mount a scope rather than a red dot on it and the blasted thing seems to get in the way of the charging handle something fierce.
Thanks!

Deepskyy,

You can get an extended charging handle release latch to replace the stock part. Use a punch to drive out the roll pin, take out old latch, stick in the new one, drive pin back in. It's that easy. Two that come to mind are the Badger Ordnance "Tac Latch" and PRI "Big Latch".

heres what i have pics of available...bad pics but anyhoo

46 ACP, RRA Lower, Lauer supressed upper, Timney Trigger, and lots more...
