From my son who just arrived home for the holidays from Afghanistan...flag flew above their compound on 9-11-04, shoulder holster is same as worn by many U.S. Officers, made in Afghanistan.
don't tell, but there's actually a cz-24 under the tree... i had to go ahead and clean it up, and shoot it... ya know, in case i had to send it back or something
I ordered myself some stuff from DSA, but it doesn't look like it is going to get here in time.
It is a machined aluminum/railed top cover with removable brass catcher for my SA58, as well as a FAL front sight adjustment tool, and an AR-15 A2 front sight adjustment tool.
thanks nipprdog, took long enough to figure out the camera and how to post i didnt bother cleaning the pic. thanks though. looks better. i plan to use your 'edited' pic to replace all the ones i posted. thanks
I provided a list of online items and some catalogs with page and item numbers. Will find out in about 12 hours if I'm getting anything appropriate for this thread. Hopefully will be able to repost tomorrow
I have it on very good authority that I'll be receiving a S&W 610 (I know because I bought it) and an Arsenal SAM-7 Classic (I know because I've already been told about it). I'm pretty stoked about the Classic.
Got the gun (a P-3AT, BTW) a few weeks ago as an early Christmas gift. I bought the holster as a 'necessary' gift-to-myself of sorts; just got it yesterday!
After appropriate hints, my wife 'bought me' a K-31 from AIM. After I gave it a good cleaning and a little load development, she wrapped it up and put it under the tree. Can't wait for tomorrow!
Well, my wifes' grandfather gave me $140 for my birthday(23rd) and Christmas gifts, so I used my C&R to order a CZ52 from Centerfire Systems. I used the left-over money to get some ammo.
My in-laws gave me a set of Peltor Tac-6S electronic ear-muffs for my birthday.
When I opened presents this morning, I found an i-SHOT revolver range bag, $300 in gift certificates to the local gun store, and a Ruger MkII. Oh, and a copy of the movie Collateral on DVD.
I suppose I could qualify this. I got my first centerfire rifle, a Savage 110 in 7mm mag. It would have cost me $30.25 (NIB), but my roommate actually paid for it since I was flat broke, then told me to consider it my Christmas present. I'm happy. See yonder thread for details on how I pulled this off.
