Sideways primer.

Sideways primers, yep, they are a PIA! I used to get them often with my Lee hand primer, until I figured out just the right angle to hold the contraption at when priming. The rubber band on the tray thing helped as well as having plenty of primers in the tray. The fewer the primers the more problems I had. For stuck primers I use a tiny, slotted screwdriver and/or the needlenose pliars on my multi-tool. CCI primers are the toughest primers out there and I haven't had one go off yet despite vigorous prying and pulling.

A word of caution guys...WD40 is highly flammable and can detonate when compressed and subject to a flame or spark. WD40 is the "powder of choice" for potato guns in this area. :D

Bushmaster: You make a valid point...vapors will ignite but not liquid. However WD40 having such a high vapor density will become vapor very rapidly. This phenomenon is known as evaporation...hence vapor. 'nuff said on my part. :)

Which is why they make special stuff for cleaning contacts in electrical equipment etc. WD-40 will ruin your day around sparks. I learned that one the hard way too. :)
