I am looking for an overall length for 125 gr Sports master JHP 9mm load. I am thinking of loading 4.0 gr Win231. If anyone has data on this cartridge I would sure appreciate it. I am going to order a Sierra Manual but thought I would load some of these this w.e. thanks, Ron

If I've got the right Bullet:

#8125 .355 125 Grain JHP
C.O.A.L. 1.075

Win 231 - 3.9g - 900FPS to 4.8g - 1050 FPS 5.1g +P 1100fps

That is the right bullet. The length makes sense because of the flat nose. My 4.0 grains looks pretty light. Thanks a million. Ron

Have to stick my two cents in this discussion. Information given is correct for that weight bullet and 231 for a nice mild load. If you switch to a slower power you can increase your velocity safely upto 150 fps more.
