Hi everyone:

Does anyone have one of these? I have an ongoing love-hate relationship with SIG but this one has attracted my interest. It feels great in the hand and the sights are terrific. The barrel isn’t comped but the end of the slide is, and it’s supposed to be effective. SAO trigger is really light, definitely under 3lbs. Aluminum frame but tungsten grips so the weight is 42-43 oz which I like. Nice gas pedal on the takedown lever. Attractive “Legion grey” cerakote. Any thoughts?

Don't currently have one, and haven't seen one of these in the wild yet, but based on my experience with the 226 Legion SAO, I could see picking one up... Alloy frame? Heck, yeah.

And, @Reinz, that stainless X5 with no rail is another thing of beauty.

Thanks guys! Gorgeous German SIG you got there!

I’ll take another look at the Legion today, along with that Dan Wesson DWX…

Nice Bac, thanks. Different pistols, with strengths and weaknesses, but if you had to choose would you go with the SIG or the DWX?

Probably the Sib

Super tough choice. I guess the DWX, since I have a number of other X-Fives.

Both guns are great though.

Super, thank you, and sorry I called you bac. I meant bc. Thoughts on the all-stainless Xfive and an option? No comp but all steel. Looks nice and a little less money. I like the heavyweight 9’s lately.

I actually am bac, but I lost my original account on here somehow.

I prefer the Legion over the X-Five Classic American. It’s not much lighter either, due to the tungsten infused grips
