Sig 228 police turn-ins buy or not?

Hi Ya'll
I saw some police turn-in Sig 228s for sale on the net at Widners. Price was $465+ shipping. Deal or not? Looks good from the picture but they always put the best ones in the pics. Sort of want one but not sure if thats a good deal or just Ok or Not?

Thinking of picking up a couple of 9mm blasters for range duty. They also have some Smith 5906s.

the 5906 are really nice guns no idea on the sigs but i bought to glocks that were trade ins both were like new with A little finish wear
 
We had some locally, but it was about a year ago, that ranged from $399 to $450. Shipping isn't going to add much (~$10-$18), but you have to figure in what your FFL will charge to complete the transfer.

The ones out here had some holster wear, but were like new inside. I'd wager that they have better triggers than the 5906 and besides being lighter (alloy frame) will be just as accurate
 
They spend a great deal of time in the holster, and usually are only shot when the officer has to qualify.

They are for all practical reasons new guns.
